AWESOME!

So, my parents are coming to New York for Christmas. I was just clicking around the first two pages of my Google results for "christmas eve nyc" and clicked on a New York Times article. I was reading about a midnight tradition at Carnegie Hall happening tonight...what?...ah, December 24, 1982. AWESOME! I RULE! Ack, I should pay more attention. But, then again, why was the 13th most relevant (or whatever) link according to Google a Times article from 1982?

Odd that an event for Dec 24th would show up for a new year's eve search, no matter what year it took place.

December 24th is a special day and has been for nigh on 30 years now. Maybe that link was to remind you of that.
