felicidades on the article, Les! i want to try grilling lobster that way sometime. i'm about to head out to the Caribbean coast where they serve a lot of shellfish, including lobster. will report back on preparation, though i've also hear these communities serve a lot of iguana too!

Great lobster article, Leslie! It sounds divine and gets me ready for our trip to MA soon. When in ME or MA, we usually buy the lobsters already cooked, and they are wonderful! But I remember cooking them fresh, and that is an exciting experience. Enjoy them while you can!
